Leads Sweven’s CRM/CX application product lifecycle, managing teams, budgets, and delivery of SFI4.0 products while partnering with engineering leaders to drive business across all CRM/CX platforms.
Sweven, a startup in the CRM/CX ecosystem, drives full life-cycle planning for CRM/CX in Industry 4.0 (SFI4.0) across strategize, architect, select, deploy, operate, evolve, and manage phases. The Sweven Application Leader (SAL) leads the application products group responsible for building, configuring, enhancing, maintaining, and eventually decommissioning CRM/CX applications and products. This function manages all CRM/CX platform-related application products and operates in a “two in a box” model with Sweven CRM/CX Engineering leaders to ensure business outcomes. The role reports to the CTO or another senior leader and oversees staff. It handles significant budgets for SFI4.0 tools, services, and staffing. Team size includes 10–20 permanent, 10–15 contract, 20–30 temporary staff, and 30 graduate trainees, along with third-party supervision. Application include Sweven Cloud Products—Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Integration—and other major SFI4.0 business applications.
