Lead and manage the Solution Consulting function, mentoring a team of solution consultants to deliver compelling, customer-centric solutions.

About the Role

The Solution Consulting Director will lead the Solution Consulting practice, bridging the gap between business strategy and technology execution across large and mid-sized CRM, CX, CLM, and SaaS transformation projects. This senior leadership role involves working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Customer Stakeholders to conceptualize, architect, and implement world-class digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical acumen, business understanding, and customer empathy, playing a pivotal role from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring solutions are strategically aligned, scalable, and transformative.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the Solution Consulting function, mentoring a team of solution consultants to deliver compelling, customer-centric solutions.
  • Design and architect end-to-end digital transformation solutions leveraging CRM, CX, CLM, and Employee Experience technologies.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams during pre-sales to identify customer needs, demonstrate value propositions, and influence deal closures.
  • Partner with Project Managers post-sales to ensure smooth transition, alignment, and execution of solution designs.
  • Work across technology stacks such as Microsoft CRM, Salesforce CRM, ServiceNow, OutSystems, Zoho, or other leading no-code/low-code platforms.
  • Drive innovation through modern frameworks, automation, and best practices in solution design and delivery.
  • Engage directly with customers, leading discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and technical validation discussions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
  • Develop reusable frameworks, solution accelerators, and best practices for consistent delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align solution messaging, create value propositions, and support go-to-market initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • B.Tech in Computer Science (mandatory); MBA preferred.
  • 7–9 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Practice Management roles within CRM, CX, or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Proven experience of working directly with dozens of enterprise customers, designing and delivering impactful technology solutions.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, digital experience strategy, and enterprise architecture.
  • Strong business acumen, domain expertise, and technical grounding across industries.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team of solution consultants and collaborate cross-functionally.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in any of the major CRM/CX platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Zoho, or equivalent).
  • Experience in No-Code/Low-Code platforms such as OutSystems, Creatio, or Mendix.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or analytics-driven experience solutions.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience in executive-level client interactions.
  • Previous leadership in consulting-led digital transformation engagements.
