Salesforce Practice Lead

Establish and lead the Salesforce Practice for the organization, driving business growth and delivery excellence.

About the Role

The Salesforce Practice Lead will spearhead the launch, growth, and management of a new Salesforce Practice in India. This leadership role requires deep expertise in the Salesforce and Agentforce ecosystem, proven experience in delivering Salesforce projects, and strong connections within the Salesforce partner and account executive community. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, capable of building a high-performing Salesforce team from the ground up—driving business development, managing client relationships, and scaling delivery excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and lead the Salesforce Practice for the organization, driving business growth and delivery excellence.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives, partners, and customers to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team of Salesforce professionals from 0 to 100+ members within one year.
  • Drive end-to-end project lifecycle—from pre-sales and solutioning to delivery and customer success.
  • Lead engagement planning, estimation, and execution of Salesforce implementations across verticals.
  • Oversee training, skilling, and certification programs to develop internal Salesforce talent.
  • Establish frameworks for Salesforce partnership enablement, pipeline growth, and alliance management.
  • Represent the company at major Salesforce events including Dreamforce, regional summits, and ecosystem gatherings.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define Salesforce practice strategy, roadmap, and business KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • B.Tech in Computer Science or related field, MBA preferred from a reputed university/institute.
  • 7–10 years of experience primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem—across sales, consulting, or delivery roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and mentor large teams in fast-scaling environments.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce partnerships, alliances, and enablement programs.
  • Attended Dreamforce multiple times and well-connected within the Salesforce India community.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to align vision, people, and execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Salesforce Platinum or Summit Partners in India.
  • Strong familiarity with Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Exposure to AI, Automation, and Integration technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Track record of practice-building and scaling teams in CRM/CX domains.
  • Recognized Salesforce certifications (Architect, Consultant, or Admin-level) preferred.
