About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director – CRM/CX to lead and expand our portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients across India and international markets. The role demands a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in SaaS solutions, CRM/CX platforms, and Digital Transformation Consulting, capable of driving multi-crore annual revenue targets through strategic planning, disciplined execution, and team leadership. The Sales Director will oversee demand generation, account management, and customer engagement functions, ensuring consistent achievement of sales quotas while building long-term relationships with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Own and deliver annual and quarterly revenue targets ranging from ₹3 Cr to ₹7 Cr per year through consultative selling of CRM, CX, and SaaS solutions.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales forecasting, and pipeline management aligned with business growth goals.
  • Manage a high-performing team of Demand Generation, Lead Generation Associates, and Account Managers, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients, nurturing opportunities across new and existing accounts.
  • Leverage Smartsheet, Asana, CRMStudio, and CX platforms for opportunity tracking, client collaboration, and pipeline reporting.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Premium/Navigator for C-level engagement, targeted outreach, and network expansion across industry verticals.
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction (C-SAT) and account retention through relationship management, governance reviews, and value delivery.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across CRM, CX, and AI-driven transformation services.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, CX/CRM conferences, and technology expos as an attendee, speaker, or sponsor.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and thought leadership content.
  • Track market trends and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and enhance go-to-market effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in enterprise sales within SaaS, CRM, or CX domains.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding annual quotas of ₹3–7 Cr, demonstrating consistent top-line growth.
  • Strong exposure to India and international markets, with an understanding of enterprise sales cycles, deal structuring, and negotiation.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams in lead generation, demand generation, and account management.
  • MBA in Marketing, Business, or Technology Management, with a technical undergraduate degree (Engineering or Computer Science preferred).
  • Deep understanding of AI, Digital Transformation, and the modern CX Technology Stack (CRM, CLM, EX, Marketing Automation).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging C-suite stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to build sustainable client relationships and maintain high integrity in business practices.
  • Strong foundation with stable career history — minimal job-hopping, showing growth and loyalty to previous organizations.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics), and productivity suites for structured outreach and tracking.

What We Offer

    Prior experience in CX consulting, CRM platform partnerships (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, or CRMStudio).

    Exposure to AI-enabled sales enablement tools, predictive analytics, or account-based marketing platforms.

    Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Asana, or similar work management tools for managing client accounts and internal teams.
