Oracle CX Consultant

About the Role

Virtuos is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Cloud Consultant to join our high-impact consulting team. In this role, you will work on transformative SaaS and PaaS implementations to modernize and optimize customer engagement for global clients. Your deep expertise in Oracle CX Sales and B2B Service Cloud will be critical in building scalable, intelligent, and highly customized customer experience solutions. You’ll collaborate with architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver impactful solutions, ensuring adherence to Oracle’s best practices and methodologies.

What We're Looking For

• • 3–8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in Oracle CX consulting.
• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• •Oracle certifications in CX Cloud (preferred but not mandatory).
• •Oracle CX Sales
• •Oracle B2B Service Cloud
• •Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• •Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS) / Studio (VBS)
• •BIP and OTBI reports
• •Redwood UI implementation.

Nice to Have

• •Experience with global clients and multi-time-zone project delivery.
• •Prior experience with CRM tools like Oracle Siebel, Oracle B2C Service Cloud
• •Strong interpersonal and communication skills—verbal and written.
• •Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• •Passion for continuous learning and emerging technologies.
