As a Business Consultant, you will generate & qualify leads, manage opportunities in CRM, collaborate with Sales Team, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through strong agility.
Garner insights on target accounts and pursuits by creatively using sales tools to source opportunities through social media, email management, outreach campaigns, and inbound lead handling. Research and understand customer business and technology needs, including existing systems, software, and vendor relationships. Qualify and route opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executive or Manager for further development and closure. Consistently achieve quarterly quotas across qualified opportunities (Stage 1), pipeline progression (Stage 2–4), closures, and revenue generation, as well as inbound enquiries driven by outbound activities. Drive attendance for webinars and events, research accounts to identify key stakeholders, and generate interest using case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral. Build, maintain, and expand an accurate prospect database within the assigned territory. Conduct remote product or solution demonstrations across CRM, CX, and other ERP/HCM applications.
